I hold the fat end in my right hand, take two bite right to left

then spin forward and follow that until I finish. Rarely will I put a partially eaten cob back on my plate, I kill it all at once.

I really only eat it in the July visit to Sandbridge when the silver queen is available, which is by far the best of the lot for what we can get in Virginia. Maybe one or two other times when I am out at a BBQ joint but thats nowhere as good.

For the holidays I switch to corn pudding
